Sheri is the author of From Sabotage to Success (2000, New Harbinger) and a college professor. She has been studying self-sabotage since 1992. During those years she has met thousands of people with stories of self-defeat and feeling stuck. The pandemic was an all time low for many, including Galvanized. However, in solitude, she was able to develop a 5 Step program especially designed to help people break free from self-defeating thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Her 5 Step program, VIGOR combined with her hypnosis services will help you overcome self-sabotage and realize your true intentions.

Sheri Galvanized is a Professor of Social Work and currently teaches full-time at a community college. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist who specializes in helping adults to push past self-defeat so they can realize their potential. Sheri has worked with people in a variety of settings, from an after-school program for at-risk youth to a hypnosis clinic in Orange County. She has clocked well-over 5,000 hours counseling and providing hypnosis to individuals all across Southern California. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach. One of Sheri’s favorite ways to combat burnout is to put on a pair of roller skates.  She is an avid roller skater and has skated on the banked track with the Los Angeles Derby Dolls Fresh Meat team.

"Fear and self-sabotage almost stopped me in my tracks. In fact, at one point, I was so shy and traumatized that I was practically mute. Part of what saved me is outlined in my 5-step program called VIGOR.

To overcome self-sabotage, one needs time, creativity and support to stay on track, and I am here to provide some of the structure that will help make that happen and keep it moving forward.

You might be terrified of changing old patterns right now. Yet, underneath it all I know that you are an activist, an advocate and you are an influencer. Furthermore, you are someone who wants to make a difference and you are someone who CAN make a difference.

Many people are struggling right now for a lot of different reasons. These are people who can benefit from your strength and your story. This is a time when we need strong people to be available and ready to serve others. If I can help you to help others, then I will feel as though my life has purpose.

But, I want to help you feel your life has purpose as well. So please join the mailing list, get your free report and let's get that process started. Let's help you overcome fear and anxiety so you can increase confidence and make a difference as you find purpose and meaning in life."
