Burnout almost stopped me in my tracks. In fact, at one point, I just wanted to give up completely, but what saved me is outlined in my 5-step program called VIGOR.
“The strong one” needs that time, creativity and support to stay on track, and I am here to provide some of the structure that will help make that happen and keep it moving forward. I hope that you'll join me at my upcoming webinars to get that support you require.
You might be burned out right now. You might even be exhausted, but underneath it all I know that you are an activist, an advocate and you are an influencer. Furthermore, you are someone who wants to make a difference and you are someone who CAN make a difference.
I have a passion behind this. I’ve seen far too many strong ones get taken out of the game completely. When that happens, the person who is taken out feels terrible about themselves, and they're not able to be there for the people who would benefit from their strength.
Many people are struggling right now for a lot of different reasons. These are people who can benefit from your strength. This is a time when we need strong people to be available and ready to serve others. If I can help you to help others, then I will feel as though my life has purpose.
But, I want to help you feel your life has purpose as well. So please join me on our next webinar and let's get that process started. Let's keep you out of burnout mode so you can live your best life.
